At Medseal, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Returns and Exchanges: Should you receive a defective or damaged product or simply find yourself dissatisfied, you have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return. Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. You can choose between a full refund or exchanging the product for another one.

Please note that engraved items are not returnable or exchangeable.

To start a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service team. They'll guide you through the process and swiftly process your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 days upon receiving the returned product. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit, according to your preference. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns due to a defective or damaged product, we cover the return shipping cost. However, for returns due to a change of mind or other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A change in mind is not a valid reason for return or refund.
